Testimony & Thanksgiving

“O give thanks to the Lord, for His mercy endures forever on Africa…”

  • Thanksgiving for Peaceful Elections: Praise God for peaceful elections and transitions to progressive democratic governance for all African countries conducting elections in 2025. Pray for the complete cessation of coups.
  • Hallelujah for Positive Changes: Thank God for the positive governmental and economic developments in countries across Africa.
  • Diaspora Impact: Thank God for the African diaspora’s role as agents of positive change, having contributed over $100 billion in remittances to Africa since 2021. IJMN…TUG!
  • Peaceful Resolutions: Thank God for the peaceful resolution of disputes regarding Ethiopia’s Nile River Dam and its implications for Egypt and Sudan.
  • Infrastructure Development: Praise God for ongoing infrastructure advancements across Africa, including:
    • Expanding road networks
    • Portable solar power systems addressing energy crises
    • Water resource systems providing potable water
    • Over 800 million telecommunications lines across the continent to improve social and economic connectivity. IJMN!
  • Global Church Commitments: Pray for grace for churches worldwide to commit 10% of their annual income to fulfilling the Great Commission within their local communities.
  • Africa Ask: Thank God for the increase in donors and co-laborers supporting and implementing projects across Africa.
  • Redeemer Man Plan – MIDA Project:
    • Pray for open heavens and for the U.S. Government to adopt the MIDA (AU-endorsed PIDA) Development Model for Africa.
    • Pray for the G7 nations to follow through on their commitment to invest over $600 billion in Africa’s infrastructure.
    • Ask for grace, wisdom, resources, and success in the implementation of the MIDA Project across the continent. IJMN!
  • Africa Prays: Thank God for sustaining the monthly Africa Prays program and success in planning the 2026 20th Anniversary Concert & Mission to Nigeria. IJMN!
  • ANU Initiatives: Thank God for successful planning of the 5KM Virtual Run/Walk for Africa to raise awareness for Africa’s infrastructural development.

Thanksgiving and Prayers for Transformation in Africa

  • Independence Celebrations:
    Thank God for the nations celebrating their Independence Days in December: Gambia (18th). Pray that God will renew and guide these countries, elevating them to greater heights of peace, unity, and prosperity. IJMN!
  • Heart Transformation:
    Thank God for changing the hearts of the people to reflect His love. Pray that they will:
    • Love God wholeheartedly,
    • Love their fellow man deeply, and
    • Relate to one another in the spirit of LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, COMPASSION, and UNITY.
  • Godly Leadership:
    Praise God for raising leaders who:
    • Love God and their people,
    • Possess a servant heart, and will lead with compassion, humility, integrity, and a unifying vision,
    • Promote forgiveness, healing, and reconciliation, and
    • Champion good governance that brings progressive economic change, stability, and sustainable development.
  • Success in Development Programs:
    Thank God for the planning, development, and successful implementation of policies, programs, and events that contribute to Africa’s spiritual and physical development, including:
    • Black History month activities
    • World Cancer Day (4th)
    • The African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement (ACFTA) fostering economic integration across countries in Africa.
    • Initiatives by the African Development Bank (AfDB) and United Nations promoting progress and sustainability across Africa.

Ongoing Developments: Prayer and Thanksgiving

  • Breakthroughs in Health:
    Thank God for advances in vaccines for HIV, Malaria, and COVID (with boosters). Pray for wisdom and discoveries to find vaccines and cures for other diseases, including Lassa Fever, Sickle Cell, Crohn’s Disease, Ebola, bird flu, whooping cough and others affecting Africa and the world. IJMN!
  • Elimination of Kidnapping and Modern Slavery:
    Pray for an end to the epidemic of kidnapping, modern slavery, and human trafficking across Africa. and pray for the release of past and recent victims. IJMN!
  • Lift up prayers for divine intervention for resolution of any and all conflicts disturbances in Africa countries and Worldwide:
  • Pray for God’s grace, peace, favor, and spirit of forgiveness to overtake these nations. IJMN, PUSH!
    • Sudan
    • Somalia
    • Northeast Cabo region in Mozambique
    • Sinai in Egypt
    • Northern Nigeria near Lake Chad
    • West African Sahel regions, especially in Mali

  • Pray for a revelation and divine encounter with our Lord Jesus Christ for Muslim brethren worldwide. IJMN!
  • Natural Disasters:
    Ask for God’s intervention, peace, and comfort for all those affected by natural disasters worldwide.
  • Leadership in the USA:
    Pray for wisdom, grace, peace, and serenity for President Donald Trump, Vice Jim Vance and incoming U.S. Administration. Pray for peace, tolerance and temperance in the use of power in their dealings.
  • Peace of Jerusalem:
    Pray for the peace of JerUSAlem.
